Patriot Health Connection, PLLC does not submit or file documents with the VA - these efforts are completed by the BUYER (i.e veteran or party representing the veteran).

DELIVERY/ SHIPPING POLICY
Your Nexus Letter or Disability Benefit Questionnaire may be delivered/picked up in-person, by physical mail (i.e. USPS), or via secure online dropbox. Your consultation may be over voice call, video call, or in person.
Patriot Health Connection, PLLC ships all of our orders via USPS, UPS and/or FedEx. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
