How the Nexus Letter Process Works at Patriot Health Connection

Initial Consultation​

In-person or video chat meeting with one of our expert clinicians. 

At this meeting, we will educate you in the Nexus Letter process and determine if your case is a candidate for a medical Nexus Letter.

Submit Medical Evidence

Submit medical evidence either in person at the initial consultation or via our secure dropbox online. This may include service records, private medical records, and VA medical records to Patriot Health Connection.

Receive Nexus Letter

​

Patriot Health Connection will send the completed medical Nexus Letter via secure online dropbox or US postal service. At that time, the veteran/client will upload the Nexus Letter to the VA database.

The timeline to complete your Nexus Letter will vary depending on the complexity and number of disability topics.
